Compare Victoria Neighbourhoods

Hello Victoria Canada · Compare Victoria neighbourhoods

Choose your child’s grade, whether a parent is coming, your monthly housing budget, whether you will have a car and the activities you care about. For each of six local areas you will see reasons to consider it and things to check. Pick two or three areas to compare side by side.

1Your family’s situation

Reference ranges (September 2026): 2-bedroom apartment or condo $2,500–3,300 · 3-bedroom townhouse $3,500–4,500 · whole house $5,000–6,000. Parking, utilities and insurance are extra.

2Where the areas are, and their school districts

This is not a school catchment or boundary map. It is a sketch showing the rough location of each area and the school district it belongs to; scale and boundaries are approximate. Check exact catchments with each district’s Find My Catchment tool or school information. Catchment areas are based on home address, while international students are placed by the district’s international student program according to space and preferences, so the two can differ. Living in a particular area does not guarantee an international student a place at a particular school.
